Shooting Stars is where youth come to have fun, learn something new, and be part of a community that is uplifting and encouraging. Whether you’ve danced before or you’re just curious, this is the perfect place to jump in, try something different, and surprise yourself with how much fun square dancing can be.

Here, dancers learn real skills, move to music that keeps the energy high, and grow in confidence — all in an environment built on encouragement, teamwork, and friendly faces. There’s no pressure and no spotlight; just a group that’s always ready to cheer you on. And the best part? Everything we do — lessons and dances — are open to the entire family.

We offer beginner lessons every fall, train for spring competitions, and host regular mainstream dances throughout the year.
